14.1

4 or 5 girls were suspended four days before the last day for smoking pot in a dorm room, and the RA smelling it.

16.1/16.2

  • A girl in McKeen pulled a fire alarm during a hall meeting. This might've been a good thing because the girls had an extended 15 minutes of lights out, but several other girls in the opposite hall of the floor were in showers, causing them to freeze outside. Luckily, no firefighters or Campus Police went to the scene.
  • Shortly after a Keefe fire drill, someone forgot to cover their ramen causing the alarm to go off again at 10:20pm and having the male students evacuate the building until nearly 11. From the outside of Keefe, camper Aaron James-Bogar could be seen still in the building running back and forth gathering his clothes (as he was in the shower) on Keefe 4. Several other male students from Keefe 2 and 4 were spotted wearing towels.
  • Heather the DRL canceled the first dance due a "tornado warning," shrunk the available area for quad time and hunkered down on student freedom in a lot of ways, including but not limited to:
    • Deeming grass orgies CTY-I
    • Calling Tyrone a "gang leader"
    • Banning foursquare during quad time
    • Incessantly patrolling Keefe as if something catastrophic was about to happen
    • Blaming SRA John for a lot of the issues she was clearly responsible for
    • Not leaving well enough alone in terms of how halls and hall meetings were run
    • Absolutely losing it on Keefe 2 and respective RAs Jim and Mark for a small group of boys that went out on the quad without supervision for 5 minutes after dinner
  • Campers Zared Cohen and MiniMax ran around poking people with chopsticks while everyone was crying and comforting each other after American Pie at the last dance
  • Tyrone Lee and William Wu had a physical fight on their hall. See Memories:EST#2016.2

17.1

  • The first documented case of sexual assault occurred on campus. During Casino Night on the second weekend, universally disliked camper Ethan Lipson tackled one girl to the ground and punched her repeatedly to retrieve a hat as part of a highroller "dare." Afterwards, he allegedly fondled a camper whose name will be kept anonymous at their discretion. He was not immediately kicked out, but campus police were called. He was asked to sign what is essentially a non-legally binding restraining order, and upon refusal, was ejected from camp. Unfortunately, his victim also left, of her own volition.
