At most sites, a nomore is someone who someone who will not return to CTY due to reasons independent of age, such as parents, vacations, other programs, financial issues, etc.

At Lancaster and Carlisle a nomore is someone who has reached the age of 16, and thus is not eligible for another year at CTY.  These sites switch around the general definitions of nomore and [[nevermore]].
 
Some people use the terms nomore and nevermore interchangebly.
