(the other elder ctyers and i sobbed well after we'd gotten back to the dorms.). not to mention changes to the weekend schedule, 'cause of the admin changeover. we've got an activity for second Wednesday to teach traditions, and i've got multicoloured duct tape, so we'll make the best of it.

camp bits (gonna change to memories later)

23.2 was heaven on earth; did all traditions i could, tried (and failed) to guess what the chant was, spent hours with Dannicus the Mannicus learning to fall in the most comedic way possible. had a very meaningful talk about mathematics in the bathroom at the dance with two Elders.
24.1 santa cruz's site is Baby, and thus (somehow) banned the chant. passed out strips of paper w the chant to everyone i could w the help of the buffali. success on the last day! danced hot to go at every single activity.
25.2 is going to be the longest, since that's what i'm at now. 0250718: the first week has been good, GPOL classroom has no windows, and my comrades are three cty vets (3- or 4-years). but-- well. the dance. little of canon was played, which was expected given declining rates, but few people knew what to do at American Pie. fewer still did the chant. the second time was skipped entirely, and the final chant was about twenty-or-so of us screaming it for all it was worth.
