Duct Tape Suit Wearer

The Real Duct Tape Suit was originally created sometime before 06.2, but was tragically lost in some way unbeknownst to the current Wearer of the Duct Tape Suit.
The New Duct Tape Suit includes a tophat and a pair of duct tape pants created by QB, the 06 Duct Tape Suit Wearer. The Suit also included a vest, but this was lost.
