Frank Wang is a a former CTYer and RA at Lancaster 06.1 and 06.2. He is known for being strict, but with a humorous and cuddly side that comes out very occasionally. He is also well known for, halfway through the first session of '06, demanding that all students pronounce his last name as "Wong".
