Lucia la Vella

Lucia la Vella, born c. 10th July 2000, is a veteran CTYer, being in both Carlisle 14.2 and 15.2. She has pledged to return for 16.2. Her friends include but are not limited to Grayson Elise, Adrianna Layne, Phoebe Rossman, and Tomás Butelman. She speaks decent French but only knows how to say "I am a Nazi" in German (many speculated that she read a book involved with Nazism).
She was chosen as the NEW RAVE QUEEN at the end of session 15.2
