A 'rina ('rino being the male equivalent) is a dancer at the Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet http://www.cpyb.org/summerprograms.htm whose summer session is held on the same campus in Carlisle and typically coincides with the first 5 weeks of CTY.
Rinos are suprisingly also defined as republicans in name only which i guess means they are.
