At Lancaster, 2003.1, were Noah Tucker and Natalie Bau emperor and empress?
When were the CAR.10.2 emperors changed?
They were not, it was a misunderstanding/vandalism
The CAR.10.2 emperors were changed because neither of the ones that were chosen previously could return the next year.
