Hi! I'm Katharine Vari, from Northern CA.

I was new to Baltimore this year (19.1), and discovered the disappearance of many traditions. Because I went to LMU in 18.1, where they have many traditions, I was very dismayed. My hall and I revived many traditions using the Saratoga schedule posted on the @ctyjohnshopkins instagram. I might be a nevermore, I might not, but I will not be returning to JHU next year so I hope that someone and their hall can take it upon themselves to keep the spirit of CTY alive.

As of 2019, I have spent 4 years at CTY! This past year I learned to rave and was one of the ten ravers at JHU (damn'', I know, only ten). I would recommend squirrels to try and learn raving from older students (it's worth it, trust me) Some of my favorite traditions are Casino Night and American Pie.

Hi! I'm Katharine Vari, from Northern CA.

As of 2019, I have spent 4 years at CTY! This past year I learned to rave and was one of the ten ravers at JHU (damn, I know, only ten). I would recommend squirrels to try and learn raving from older students (it's worth it, trust me) Some of my favorite traditions are Casino Night and American Pie.

History:

Baby CTY: Physics of Engineering 16.1 @ the Nueva School

Intro to Robotics 17.1 @ some school in Manhattan

CTY: Intro to Biomedical Studies 18.1 @ LMU (RA was Chantel, teacher was Donna, TA was Eda)

Neuroscience 19.1 @ JHU (RA was Gwen, teacher was Dr. Latimer, TA was Danielle)

so bye, bye ms. american pie

Best of luck,

Katharine Vari

P.S. Please, someone, bring Blammo back to JHU Session 1.
