He was a resident of [[Frank Wang]]'s hall and was in fact a witness to the Horrific Fire extinguisher incident shortly after singing Before He Cheats at Quad Time. He likes writing poetry and screeching. Otter is double-jointed and hates the idea of Amish, Young, and Poor because he believes the youth of Lancaster should not be driven to the Dark Side of Angst-ridden teenage years,
