Microwave Explosion

One night before lights out in 23.2, a girl attempted to make microwave popcorn. However, unbeknownst to her, half an hour ago some people had made microwave mac and cheese without taking of the lid and accidently added the cheese packet before, causing it to overflow and spill mac and cheese grease everywhere. By the time the girl decided to make popcorn, this grease had hardened, and it was not very visible in the microwave lighting. She set the microwave for two minutes, went to the bathroom, heard a loud bang and startled when the alarm went off. Running into the lobby area, she saw smoke pouring everywhere, with multiple people around it fanning a microwave with charred popcorn scattered all through the room. They evacuated safely, and the fire department came and sorted it all out. Multiple people, however, were in the shower at the time, and did have to run out only wearing towels. For some reason, the fire alarms triggered in every Stonewall, causing all students to evacuate. Moral of the story: check the microwave for mac and cheese grease before popping popcorn, or else. Other similar explosives have not yet been tested and vetted, so unless you wish to be the next experiment, please also check for those.
