I believe Max's policy is banning for such an offense; given that that's this person's only contribution, I would recommend doing so, and it appears that Dutchman has already given a week ban. Don't worry about it--you didn't do much of the commenting--only a line. I've moved all the comments on the page (and the one you made on my page) to the discussion page (for any article, look at the top of the page, to the right of the logo. There's a tab called "discussion", in which you are encouraged make comments and suggestions for improvement.).
Also, it's not (yet) my page (:P). I hadn't done anything with it before yesterday.
